Your child’s sleep can feel so complicated. Let’s simplify it together so you don’t have to struggle with it. Parenting is hard enough.

Are you tired of being tired? Sleep is not a luxury, it's vital. We all need it but so many of us aren’t getting enough of it. I’m here to let you know it doesn’t have to be that way. Rest Grow Thrive uses evidence-based solutions for children from birth-5 years old to help families get the rest they need so they can grow and thrive together.

Let's bring sleep back to your life.

What rested, thriving families are saying…

Hi, I’m Autumn and I love sleep!

I’m also a mom of a wonderful toddler boy and two awesome little girls that share a room, and everyone sleeps GREAT (most of the time).

It wasn’t always that way. I remember the exhaustion with my firstborn - experiencing another night in a row seeing every hour on the clock. She took short nap after short nap (36-minutes to be exact). After loads of research and making my own plan, we’d cracked the code and now my evenings are peaceful, my nights are rested, and my mornings are quiet. My girls are happy and growing, we are connected as a family, and we are thriving together.

And now - As a Certified Infant & Child Sleep Consultant, I help families regain those same peaceful evenings, rested nights, and quiet mornings. Whatever your struggle - bedtime battles, early morning wakings, broken night sleep after broken night sleep, or maybe you are already trying to sleep train and just need some extra guidance - I’ve got you.

Who We Help

Newborn/Expectant Parents

The newborn stage is all about the cuddles, bonding, and learning about each other, but you can still make strides towards laying a sleep foundation for your little one.

Babies (4-17 months)

There is so much much change during these months: starting with the 4-month sleep progression, navigating through separation anxiety, becoming more mobile, and transitioning through naps - let us guide you through it.

Toddlers (18 months-3 years)

As we start to see their personalities shine, our little ones begin desiring more control during this stage of life. We can help you encourage their growth while teaching your child to love sleep.

Preschoolers (3-5 years)

Stalling tactics, bedtime battles, or sneaking into your room overnight - whatever it is, we can help you establish rest as a rule and empower your child to love sleep.
